This golden beacon, the tallest tower in South Australia, is transforming the city of Adelaide before our eyes.
Architects Elenberg Fraser have curated 310 luxury apartments across 40 storeys, with an impressive list of resident amenities, all enclosed in golden kaleidoscopic screens.
Set in the heart of local restaurants, museums, galleries and the stunning Botanic Gardens, Realm is raising the bar like never before.
Custom design collaboration
One of the most exciting things we do at Novas is our design collaboration with architects and designers to custom manufacture products that reflect their vision.
At Realm, we did just that.
We worked with Elenberg Fraser to design a collection of solid surface basins and baths, ensuring the apartments’ level of luxury continues to every inch of the bathrooms.
“The solid surface basins and baths were an absolute win for the project. We worked with Novas to achieve the most perfect colour and finish that matched the rest of the design seamlessly and elevated the quality to new levels,” explains Camille Guss, Elenberg Fraser Associate (Interior Designer)
On top of that, we custom manufactured the semi-circle pull handles for the shower screens and kitchen and robe joinery, specifically designed in our Satin Antique Brass finish to deliver on that luxurious Elenberg Fraser vision.
Cohesive finishes
Our unique ability to deliver multiple product and service packages meant that we executed the same beautiful finishes across the entire project — from the levers to the showers, each Novas finish is flawlessly matched.
“It’s risky once you start mixing metals, especially brass because there are so many colour variations. With Novas, we had samples of all the finishes and constant QA updates — this gives us the confidence that we just don’t get when we have to use multiple suppliers,” notes Camille
Delivering the design with multiple Novas packages

Featuring our B Series 33 and 35 Door Levers, Elenberg Fraser specified a Novas Architectural Doorware schedule that was sure to deliver their vision of premium finishes and fixtures across this project.
To continue that commitment to design and high quality consistency, each shower screen and wall mirror at Realm is supplied and installed by our dedicated Novas Glass & Glazing team, with particular attention to supporting the custom, yet heavy, joinery shower pulls.

Novas Kitchen & Bathroom delivered a broad range of products, including our fineline sinks, our Soho and Olo Tapware series and our Classic series Accessories. Selected in our seamless Brushed Nickel finish, these products help accentuate the bold brass features throughout each of the apartments.
