Architects Ewert Leaf designed Gramercy using natural materials, such as off-form concrete and timber soffit linings, to create an elegant yet timeless aesthetic. The use of Novas’ Soho tapware range, Bella in-wall toilets, and the Classic accessories series reflect this design intention, promising to work as integral parts within Gramercy as it continues to add value in the future.
Complementing the precision executed throughout the design, Novas has been enlisted to produce and install faultless kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe joinery solutions, as well as premuim shower screens throughout the project.
“Dealing with a local is really important – unlike a tap, joinery is bespoke, especially at Gramercy where each apartment is unique,” says Rollo. “It gives you more confidence when there’s someone based locally that you are dealing with. Novas actually take you over to the site and explain what they are doing.”
