Stockland: Leading Innovators At 2019 National Retirement Living Awards
Stockland has taken out the Novas Award For Retirement Living Innovation at the 2019 National Retirement Living Awards for their Serviced Apartments Home Care Brokerage Model.
This category was judged on village operators and/or service providers who are implementing innovative practices that benefit their residents — and it is no surprise that Stockland has been recognised as leaders in retirement living innovation.
Flexibility, affordability, independence
Through their unique Model, Stockland’s Serviced Apartments residents who have a home care package with an approved Benefits+ Health Home Care partner provider, are able to fund services through their government-funded Home Care Package.
From cleaning, to meals, to laundry and bed making, the Model affords residents stability, flexibility and, importantly, it fosters their independence.
During a time when Retirement Living is undergoing serious changes to policy, regulation, and design, it’s important that industry leaders like Stockland continue to rethink how things are done.
